You'll lead a 2nd shift operations team at a medical waste processing facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and coach a diverse operations crew.
• Perform quality checks and lead assurance training.
• Troubleshoot inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Monitor plant equipment and maintain preventive maintenance.
• Enforce safety procedures and lead health and safety training.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of plant, warehouse, or operations leadership experience
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with OSHA and regulatory compliance standards
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs
