💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists, bridging technical depth with product thinking. You'll own prioritization, quality, and stakeholder alignment, serving as the quality gate for all deliverables. This role uniquely combines technical leadership with product strategy in the AI space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set priorities and decide what the team works on across AI Enablement and AI Experiments tracks.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal business teams, gathering requirements and translating pain points into technical work.
• Guide the technology roadmap, making decisions on model selection, infrastructure, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
• QA all AI outputs before they move forward, reviewing agent responses for quality and edge cases.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on technical background as an engineer, data scientist, or ML practitioner before moving into product.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based systems including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Comfortable with Python for reading code, reviewing pull requests, and writing quick scripts.
• Familiar with Azure cloud infrastructure for AI workload deployment and scaling.
