🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a distributed team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Define and execute the data science and ad tech roadmap.
• Architect ML pipelines and experimentation frameworks.
• Oversee real-time pipelines for ad events and attribution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/data engineering or applied data science.
• 3+ years managing technical teams in ML, analytics, or ad tech.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ML/data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark).

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with privacy-preserving measurement and SKAdNetwork.
