Description

Lead the design, construction, and activation of residential and commercial infrastructure at Starbase, TX, supporting SpaceX's space exploration goals. You will oversee projects from foundation to finish, manage contractors, and ensure quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering
• 3+ years of professional experience in residential architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities development
• Experience with project management tools like Procore, Primavera, or MS Project
• Hands-on design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Deep knowledge of residential permitting processes, building codes, and environmental regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of multi-disciplinary residential construction projects from foundation to finish
• Champion full project lifecycle for residential builds, focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational readiness
• Solicit and evaluate proposals from architects, engineers, and contractors; award contracts
• Develop project controls including scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
• Navigate regulatory approvals for zoning, building codes, and environmental compliance
