You'll lead financial due diligence for middle market M&A transactions, working directly with private equity sponsors and corporate clients. You'll shape deal strategy and assess target strengths and weaknesses, identifying key risks and potential deal breakers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and working capital.
• Draft clear reports outlining key findings and transaction considerations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience at a Big 4 firm.
• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and three-statement models.
