🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on complex equity and corporate/securities issues.
• Manage public company filings and internal processes.
• Handle Board, Committee, and corporate governance matters.
• Assist with M&A and strategic investments.
• Administer Palantir’s global equity portfolio.

📋 Requirements

• JD and active bar membership.
• 4+ years corporate/securities attorney experience.
• Knowledge of public company reporting and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
