Requirements

• Experience in client service or insurance operations
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to handle documentation and data entry accurately
• Knowledge of crop insurance products is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM and document management systems

Responsibilities

• Service and support a portfolio of smaller crop insurance clients
• Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and identify growth opportunities
• Complete required crop insurance documentation (applications, reports, claims)
• Collaborate with sales team and insurance operations to deliver services
• Enter data into AIP systems and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and deadlines
