💼 About This Role

You'll own the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep our team productive and secure as we scale. As our first dedicated IT hire, you'll build IT processes from the ground up while handling day-to-day operations. You'll manage device procurement, identity access, SaaS administration, and office infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage device procurement, configuration, deployment, and offboarding
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows and SSO administration
• Administer and troubleshoot SaaS business tools
• Serve as first point of contact for employee IT issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT operations or systems administration
• Experience with MDM platforms, identity providers, and SaaS administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to work independently and build processes without playbooks

✨ Nice to Have

• Compliance experience (SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar)
• Startup or high-growth company experience
