💼 About This Role

You'll build and operate the data infrastructure powering BJAK's insurance platform in Southeast Asia. You'll design scalable data pipelines and partner with analytics and engineering teams to ensure reliable, production-ready data. This role offers high ownership and real scale in a high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines
• Ingest data from APIs, databases, and event streams
• Manage data models in warehouses and data lakes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills
• Solid SQL proficiency
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery or Snowflake

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP
• Exposure to Kafka or Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with dbt
