Description

You will lead end-to-end advanced analytics to understand customer behavior, predict churn, identify growth opportunities, and measure the incremental impact of initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic narratives that shape Roku's customer engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or advanced analytics with measurable business impact
• Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous, high-visibility analytical problems
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis and visualization
• Experience building reusable measurement frameworks or scalable impact evaluation
• Experience productionizing workflows (e.g., Airflow)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end advanced analytics to understand customer behavior, predict churn, and measure incremental impact
• Develop and maintain scalable SQL/Python pipelines and analytical workflows
• Create Tableau/Looker dashboards for self-service insights
• Champion statistical rigor and data governance best practices
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and presentations to influence decision-makers
