You'll build automated growth systems at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, and Sales, focusing on middle and bottom of funnel to accelerate revenue. You'll partner with US and MX Marketing Pods, Sales, and GTM Engineering to drive self-sustaining growth. This role offers autonomy to make massive impact at a high-growth company shaping industrial maintenance with AI and IoT solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build automated growth systems using Clay and Claude Code
• Execute full-cycle campaigns from targeting to optimization
• Drive lifecycle automation through product signals
• Partner with GTM Engineering to automate outreach and gifting

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth-focused marketing
• Experience with data engineering and workflow automation as power user of growth stack (Clay, AI-agentic tooling)
• Scientific experimentation mindset with iterative problem-solving
• Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building

• Experience with Sales alignment and partnering with SDRs/AEs
• First principles thinking approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with industrial or B2B SaaS contexts
