Description

You will be the internal hub for all projects within assigned clients, managing them from inception to completion. You will organize, schedule, and communicate with team members to deliver projects within scope, quality, timeframe, and budget, focusing on Pharma and Life Sciences.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience in advertising or marketing agency
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences client project experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of print, digital, and broadcast/video production
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage large multi-faceted projects and multiple projects simultaneously across all execution mediums
• Serve as liaison and communication hub among agency team members
• Organize and oversee strategy and creative development process including legal reviews and Veeva uploads
• Scope projects, estimate resource time, create detailed plans and schedules, manage timelines
• Track actual hours against estimates, generate reports, and manage out-of-pocket expenses within budget
