💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small instructional design team to create digital training for Crumbl's franchises. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Operations teams and strategize with leadership on training tools. Develop course curriculum on diverse topics from financial literacy to dessert preparation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and design course curriculum for franchisees on various topics
• Strategize with Director on instruction manuals and digital training
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to standardize operations
• Lead Instructional Design team to create learning experiences

📋 Requirements

• BS, MS, or higher in education, communication, instructional design, or related field
• Proficient with learning management systems (LMS) and curriculum management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple teams and projects
• Must be located in Utah or willing to relocate
