You'll lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers for EMEA, driving customer success and adoption of Camunda's process automation platform. You'll remove blockers, ensure consistent execution of TAM services, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business value for enterprise clients.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of TAMs, managing performance and coaching individuals
  • Ensure consistent execution of TAM services across the customer base
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers for the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CSM, Sales, Professional Services, and Product

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Technical Account Management or customer-facing technical role
  • At least 2 years in a people management capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Ability to use Camunda or similar orchestration tools

  • Familiarity with process automation, BPM, or enterprise software platforms
