๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers for EMEA, driving customer success and adoption of Camunda's process automation platform. You'll remove blockers, ensure consistent execution of TAM services, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business value for enterprise clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of TAMs, managing performance and coaching individuals
- Ensure consistent execution of TAM services across the customer base
- Identify and resolve operational blockers for the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CSM, Sales, Professional Services, and Product
๐ Requirements
- Several years of experience in Technical Account Management or customer-facing technical role
- At least 2 years in a people management capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Ability to use Camunda or similar orchestration tools

- Familiarity with process automation, BPM, or enterprise software platforms
