💼 About This Role

You'll join the fastest growing behavioral health practice group, providing outpatient therapy with flexible scheduling. You'll have full autonomy over your caseload and access to hybrid telemedicine and in-person care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions for adult and/or child populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in the State of Missouri
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to provide hybrid care (telemedicine and in-person)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Bilingual skills
