You'll manage key client relationships for Mavens, a Komodo Health company, driving renewals and account growth. Your core impact will be securing upsells and expanding adoption of workflow solutions within top accounts. This role stands out for its focus on the biopharma industry and cloud-based SaaS products.
π― What You'll Do
- Prioritize customer-first approach in all interactions.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Engagement Leads to manage project scope and escalations.
π Requirements
- 10+ years experience in biopharma industry.
- 10+ years in client-facing role as consultant or software/service provider.
- Experience selling or deploying cloud-based SaaS to Life Sciences customers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, or Qualified.io.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Force.com platform.
- Knowledge of Medical Information Cloud, Publications Planning, Care Connect, or Grants Management.
- Track record of exceeding department goals.
