💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based virtual therapy to healthcare professionals using a HIPAA-compliant platform. Your work directly supports the mental health of doctors, nurses, and other caregivers. Join a clinician-founded team with 100% remote flexibility and full administrative support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver teletherapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR
• Incorporate measurement-based tools to monitor client progress

📋 Requirements

• Dual licensed with independent licensure in Louisiana as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Plus a license in one of: CA, DC, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NC, OH, PA, VA, WV
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
• Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week

• Experience with measurement-based tools like PHQ-9, GAD-7
• Experience utilizing Gottman Method or IFS
