💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale Miter's partnerships function from scratch, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. You'll define the strategy, expand the partner ecosystem, and create durable, scalable revenue channels for a fast-growing construction tech company. This role offers a chance to architect something meaningful in a $2 trillion industry overdue for transformation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and scale partnerships function including program design and partner acquisition
- Manage partner tiers, incentive structures, and onboarding flows
- Coordinate co-sell motions with Sales and integration opportunities with Product
- Define and track KPIs like partner-sourced pipeline and influenced ARR
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- At least 3 years in a SaaS environment with a track record of scaling partnerships
- Experience building operational and business processes from the ground up
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and AI

- Experience in construction industry, vertical SaaS, or workforce/payroll software
- Prior experience hiring and managing a team
