🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage research projects from start to finish with full accountability.
• Produce client-ready survey questionnaires and qualitative screeners.
• Moderate in-depth interviews, focus groups, and online discussion boards.
• Train and oversee junior staff on project execution.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in research with a focus on politics.
• Experience executing every stage of a research project (quantitative and qualitative).
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities and leading engagements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience conducting in-depth interviews and moderating focus groups.
• Coursework/experience with statistics and advanced quantitative methods.
• Expertise producing graphical representation of data.
