💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key technical advisor and architect for the engineering organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering. You'll navigate ambiguous challenges, become deeply familiar with the AWS/Kotlin/React ecosystem, and partner with teams to overcome their toughest challenges during a high-growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical direction by crafting compelling RFCs
• Act as a consultant to teams on complex technical decisions
• Create architectural solutions for faster, safer deployments
• Help others adopt AI-assisted workflows

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven ability to lead through influence as a Lead or Principal Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (JVM), React (TypeScript), AWS, Kubernetes (EKS)
• Experience with large, globally scaled distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with international teams and third-party agencies
• Familiarity with SOC2 requirements
• Domain knowledge in solar industry or O&M software
