You'll lead full-cycle talent acquisition for GTM roles at Clay, a high-growth startup redefining go-to-market with AI. You'll partner with hiring managers on sourcing, interview design, and closing, impacting how we build teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at all levels
• Ensure a delightful candidate experience from first contact to first day
• Source candidates using Clay, tools, and referral campaigns
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic recruiting and process design

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of business recruiting experience
• 2+ years of in-house or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience
• Located in NYC or SF and able to work in-office 4-5 days per week
