Description

You will oversee the replication and operation of CEO's vocational model across multiple Midwest sites, hiring and developing local program leadership, ensuring achievement of performance goals, budget adherence, and compliance with contracts. You will collaborate with Social Enterprise leadership and Program Support teams to drive participant success through transitional job training and workforce development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership and program management experience within a mission-driven organization
• Proficiency in leading teams to collect, analyze, and apply data for program strategy
• Strong communication, advisory, and negotiation skills with stakeholder relationship building
• Experience coaching others to identify development areas and navigate solutions
• Organizational and management skills to juggle multiple team and organizational priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead vocational operations across multiple sites, ensuring fidelity to the CEO vocational model and achievement of program outcomes
• Set and drive annual goals for vocational programming, aligned with grant agreements
• Oversee local site budgets, including SNAP and performance-based outcomes, staff costs, and OTPS
• Foster a culture of performance management and accountability for program operations
• Collaborate with Program Support teams to cultivate funding partners and improve program quality
