You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers, ensuring residents have a great experience. You'll work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while maintaining the property's appearance and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies
• Basic computer skills and comfort using software/apps

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends/evenings and be on call for emergencies
