💼 About This Role

You'll deliver rehabilitative programming services in an in-prison Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. Your work will help incarcerated individuals develop new values and lasting relationships. This role offers unique experience in a teaching and therapeutic community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct group and individual counseling sessions using therapeutic approaches
• Develop and implement treatment plans with participants
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential participant records
• Collaborate with CDCR and other institutional staff

📋 Requirements

• 6 months experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor
• Current AOD Certification from a DHCS-recognized organization
• Understanding of causes and effects of substance abuse

✨ Nice to Have

• Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite and ARMS
• Experience in correctional settings
