💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to work in a fun environment surrounded by fandom culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
