🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled building maintenance tasks
• Repair hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, and windows
• Troubleshoot electrical components like lights and switches
• Handle plumbing repairs including faucets and drains
• Assemble and install free-standing and wall-mounted equipment

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Certificate in building maintenance from vocational school
• Experience reading prints, diagrams, and schematics
