You'll join Adaptive's Product Ops team to automate core workflows using AI and build prototypes for new product ideas. You'll own automation roadmap and partner with product teams to evolve operations from execution support to strategic partner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own account provisioning, content creation, and EPD support workflows
• Build and ship automations using AI agents and API integrations
• Partner with product teams to prototype new ideas and run experiments
• Lead strategic content initiatives and evaluate new opportunities

📋 Requirements

• AI-native with daily use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Builder mentality with ability to prototype using coding agents
• Operationally excellent with ability to manage queues and deadlines
• 0-4 years of experience in ops, product, or startup generalist role

• Experience with API integrations and internal tool building
• Previous work in cybersecurity or product operations
