💼 About This Role

You'll drive the commercial success of PROCEPT Robotic Systems and expand Aquablation therapy in your territory. You'll build deep relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to maximize procedural growth and account performance. This role offers significant autonomy in a high-impact, customer-facing environment backed by a collaborative organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead system launches and establish Aquablation as preferred treatment
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth
• Develop territory and account plans with accurate forecasting
• Partner with clinical and capital teams for seamless account execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of OR-based medical device sales experience
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment
• Experience selling inside a practice or clinic setting
