You'll drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem at Varicent, a leader in Sales Performance Management. Your core impact is enabling Workday sellers and executing co-sell programs to expand market presence. This role offers the chance to be a subject matter expert in a high-growth partnership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings for sellers.
- Develop Workday-sourced pipeline via outreach and events.
- Act as Workday SME supporting sales and presales teams.
- Maintain accurate weekly forecast and CRM updates.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or related roles.
- 3+ years working with ecosystem partners (Workday preferred).
- Proven ability to build partner-led pipeline.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for in-person sessions.
✨ Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with incentive compensation or SPM processes.
- Industry knowledge in Workday priority verticals.
