💼 About This Role

You'll drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem at Varicent, a leader in Sales Performance Management. Your core impact is enabling Workday sellers and executing co-sell programs to expand market presence. This role offers the chance to be a subject matter expert in a high-growth partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings for sellers.
  • Develop Workday-sourced pipeline via outreach and events.
  • Act as Workday SME supporting sales and presales teams.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecast and CRM updates.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or related roles.
  • 3+ years working with ecosystem partners (Workday preferred).
  • Proven ability to build partner-led pipeline.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for in-person sessions.

✨ Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with incentive compensation or SPM processes.
  • Industry knowledge in Workday priority verticals.
