You'll lead a team of Cloud and Site Reliability Engineers at Sonar, managing mission-critical cloud operations for SonarQube Cloud and Server. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Cloud and Site Reliability Engineers.
• Manage operational workload including on-call and incident response.
• Collaborate with squads to ensure platform meets developer needs.
• Partner with hiring team to recruit talented engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with SRE focus.
• Deep understanding of DevOps/SRE mindset.
• Advanced AWS knowledge managing organizational-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Python, CDK, Terraform).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability patterns (logging, tracing, metrics).
• Agile methodologies and FinOps experience.
