💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and delivery of an enterprise Atlassian platform supporting SDLC and ITSM for the Defense Health Agency. You'll drive AI-powered automation to reduce manual workflow effort and improve operational efficiency. This role combines deep Jira expertise with strong product ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own backlog management and Agile execution for SDLCNext platform
• Lead execution of SDLCNext delivery from requirements to deployment
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery or stakeholder alignment
• Oversee ITSM operations including incidents, service requests, and changes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or platform delivery roles
• Deep hands-on expertise with Jira and Atlassian tools including workflows and automation
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions within Jira
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes including incident and change management

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with DHMS or DHA
• Experience applying AI or Generative AI to automate workflows
