💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical bridge between Nectar's platform and strategic enterprise customers, owning end-to-end deployments. You'll build custom integrations and configure AI agents for brand-specific workflows, directly influencing product direction and customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise deployments end-to-end from pilot to production
• Build custom integrations with CRMs, CDPs, e-commerce platforms, and APIs
• Configure and optimize AI agents for customer-specific workflows
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and features

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing or platform roles
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning in production
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with executive stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce integrations
