Description

You will own Scopely's CLM platform operations and system-level strategy, serve as the internal architect for Ironclad CLM, and build knowledge management infrastructure for an AI-first legal function. This role is a strategic individual contributor position where you'll analyze data, implement structural improvements, and drive adoption of AI tools to streamline legal processes at a global gaming company.

Requirements

• Deep expertise with Ironclad CLM as an internal architect
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and design scalable solutions
• Experience building knowledge management systems from the ground up
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional workflows independently
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting CLM performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad CLM end-to-end: workflow design, configuration, routing, metadata governance, template management, integrations, and repository integrity
• Proactively monitor Ironclad product roadmap, evaluate new features, and champion adoption
• Analyze contracting data and user behavior to identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements
• Build and own knowledge management infrastructure and processes for the legal department
• Configure and optimize AI-powered tools (e.g., Leena AI) to automate responses to recurring inquiries
