• Set paid acquisition strategy and channel-level investment plans.
• Define budget allocation across markets, audiences, and platforms.
• Partner with Analytics to evaluate incrementality and sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop performance marketing team members.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years in performance marketing / user acquisition.
• Experience managing and scaling multi-million-dollar paid media budgets.
• Advanced Excel required.
• Experience leading and developing performance marketing teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with causal measurement or incrementality testing.
• Strong commercial acumen and investment trade-off skills.
