💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Transformation Team to redesign customer operations using AI. You'll observe CS workflows on-site and build automation flows with no-code tools like n8n and Dify. This is a 3-month internship with potential extension or conversion to full-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe customer CS workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Build automation flows using no-code tools like n8n and Dify
• Convert FAQ, product, and policy data into AI-readable knowledge
• Analyze post-deployment data to validate and improve AI performance

📋 Requirements

• Has built a prototype within a day of having an idea
• Has met customers or end-users to discover and act on problems
• Has used AI tools to solve real business problems
• Takes a 'let me try' approach instead of getting stuck

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n, Dify, Zapier, or Make
• Experience using Claude Code to improve workflows
• Basic understanding of API integration and databases

📨 Hiring Process

Document screening → 1st interview → 2nd interview → final acceptance, with possible additional interviews.
