You'll be the frontline key person providing support to customers for the world's leading AI video platform. You'll resolve inquiries, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media
• Identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
• Record and maintain customer information in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team performance KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 1 year experience in a technical support environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM systems (Intercom, Salesforce, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• College degree in a related field
• Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk
