🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on technical support or solutions engineering experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML automation in support environments.
• Deep cybersecurity background including cloud security and SIEM/SOAR.
