💼 About This Role

You'll build Figure's external annotation and review vendor network from scratch. You will source, evaluate, onboard, and manage BPOs, labeling firms, and crowdsourcing platforms to extend data quality capacity. You'll set the bar for vendor performance and ensure internal standards are met externally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own vendor strategy end to end from sourcing to performance management
• Build vendor pipeline by engaging BPOs, labeling firms, and crowdsourcing platforms
• Run structured evaluations including pilots and quality benchmarking
• Translate data quality standards into vendor specs and set up operating model

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in vendor management or BPO/outsourcing partnerships
• Track record of building or scaling a vendor function from an early stage
• Comfortable building internal tools using AI coding tools

• Direct experience managing data annotation or labeling vendors
• Background at a frontier AI lab or autonomous vehicle company
