You'll lead Roblox's strategy and operations across South East Asia, a priority region for growth and compliance. You'll act as the senior external representative and internal orchestrator across product, policy, and operations. This role offers the chance to shape the future of human interaction at a global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set regional goals and lead day-to-day execution with local teams
• Serve as SEA advocate within Roblox to inform global priorities
• Bridge between local office and HQ on regulatory, product, and operations
• Establish local office as early warning system for market signals

📋 Requirements

• Executive experience running complex multi-country operations
• Expertise in global matrixed organizations with dotted-line leadership
• Proven success navigating highly regulated environments
• Fluent English required

• Technical fluency or background
• Proficient in multiple languages (e.g., Bahasa)
