🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead People Data Science, Analytics, and Operations strategy

• Partner with Engineering to embed AI automation in People systems
• Oversee dashboards, analytics, and data governance for employee lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in People Operations or People Analytics
• Leadership experience running scaled people systems in fast-moving environments
• Strong command of analytics and experimentation methods
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
