🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors for safety and productivity.
• Interpret contract drawings and oversee concrete placement and testing.
• Enforce accident prevention program and conduct weekly safety inspections.
• Manage project schedules and documentation using Spectrum ERP and Field View.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant construction experience with proven field leadership.
• Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements.
• Proficiency with construction technology including iPads, scheduling software, and ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
