You'll support Asana's English and German-speaking customers, becoming an expert in the platform and managing complex product issues. You'll resolve cases end-to-end with empathy and troubleshoot SaaS issues like authentication and browser behavior. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to impact product development through customer feedback.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support English and German-speaking customers via live channels
  • Manage complex product issues requiring deep investigation
  • Own support cases end-to-end with timely follow-up
  • Identify opportunities for and lead customer calls

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-6 years of customer-facing technical support in SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German
  • Experience troubleshooting SaaS issues (authentication, browser)
  • Proficiency with Asana or other work management platforms

  • Experience with API integrations and workflow troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with AI tools or prompt-based interfaces
