You'll support Asana's English and German-speaking customers, becoming an expert in the platform and managing complex product issues. You'll resolve cases end-to-end with empathy and troubleshoot SaaS issues like authentication and browser behavior. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support English and German-speaking customers via live channels
- Manage complex product issues requiring deep investigation
- Own support cases end-to-end with timely follow-up
- Identify opportunities for and lead customer calls
๐ Requirements
- 3-6 years of customer-facing technical support in SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal English and German
- Experience troubleshooting SaaS issues (authentication, browser)
- Proficiency with Asana or other work management platforms

- Experience with API integrations and workflow troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI tools or prompt-based interfaces
