As a Leasing Live It Specialist, you'll create exceptional first impressions for prospective residents by conducting personalized apartment tours, converting leads, and fostering resident relationships through events and community engagement.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• One year customer service or sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Clear communication skills in-person and online

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting community lifestyle
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications and move-in paperwork accurately
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and outreach
