🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage $100M+ annual ad spend across paid channels
• Scale campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube
• Partner with creative and product teams for ad strategy
• Build experimentation engine for audiences and bidding

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in performance marketing or growth
• Managed large-scale paid media budgets ($50M+)
• Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
• Strong analytical and attribution testing skills
