You'll lead mixed-method research projects to shape how customers invest and grow their wealth at Freetrade. Your insights will drive product direction and embed a customer-centric culture across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end mixed-method research projects
• Support larger projects with survey analysis and interviews
• Shape discovery work with Product and Design
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in user research
• Qualitative and quantitative research methods expertise
• Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with R Studio or Python
• Experience with AI tooling for research
• Experience with Dovetail or UserTesting.com
