You'll own the technical work stream from presales through go-live for EliseAI's most complex enterprise engagements. You'll partner with Engagement Managers to architect, configure, and activate the platform, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts
• Drive technical discovery during pre-sales by mapping customer workflows
• Configure and activate EliseAI's platform to match operational needs
• Develop and maintain expertise across multiple housing verticals

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or similar role
• Enterprise-grade SaaS implementation experience
• Strong technical foundation with APIs and system integrations
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
