💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, utilities, and equipment to ensure a safe environment. You'll support the implementation of site safety plans and ABM Engineering Services standards. This role optimizes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while providing hands-on training to team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair buildings, utilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct equipment tests and record data in logbooks.
• Provide hands-on training to other engineering team members.

📋 Requirements

• Experience commensurate with facility maintenance as a Facility Technician.
• Highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer or HVAC.
• Universal level refrigerant recovery license.
• Computer skills and building automation systems experience.

• Fire/Life safety experience.
• Experience in commercial facilities.
