💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by performing maintenance and repair on a fleet of heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll work in a shop using proprietary T3 platform to diagnose issues faster. This role offers year-round OEM training and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Must own tools applicable to the position
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
