It is a fully in-office role based in Mexico City, Mexico, requiring five days a week on-site presence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administration
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mexico City
Responsibilities
- Monitor office attendance and enforce workplace policies
- Oversee office logistics, supplies, equipment, and vendor management
- Coordinate employee perks, team events, and engagement activities
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, managing pipelines, and conducting phone screens
- Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks
