💼 About This Role

You'll perform lab testing in a GMP environment supporting cell and gene therapy manufacturing. Your work ensures analytical methods are robust for qualification and QC implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute assigned analytical test methods with cGMP compliance
• Support analytical assay development for qualification and QC
• Perform general lab tasks including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebook

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, biology, chemistry or related field
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with guidance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• QC Analyst I: Bachelors with 2 years or Masters with 1 year relevant experience in cGMP biotech
• Experience in protein- and genome-based techniques (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry)
• Working knowledge of cGMP requirements
